How does the preview policy work?
If you are affiliated with a school district, health department, or other health organization you can now preview most of our programs online for free. Simply send us an e-mail at email@example.com and ask for a free on-line preview and include the date parameters on when you will have time to preview the programs. We will then send you a discount code along with instructions on how to to create your account. It's that simple!! If you choose to purchase any of our programs we can either send you the DVD, flash drive, or we can set your school/district or health organization up with an on-line streaming contract through the use of your districts password protected server. We can also allow you to stream them right from our website. The cost will be based on the length of the streaming license and the size of your organization.
If you don't have the equipment needed to view the programs online, you may order as many programs as you would like to preview and we will send those programs along with an invoice that states "30 day preview." At the end of the 30 days you can either keep the programs and pay the invoice, or return the programs and only pay the return shipping charge. You may choose to keep some of the programs and send others back. When we receive the returned items, we will issue a new invoice that only reflects the items you kept. If you need more than 30 days please let us know and we can extend the preview period. Also, there is no need to pay for preview orders so please do not include credit card information until you decide if you are going to keep any of the programs.
My new computer does not have the capability to play a DVD. Are there any other options?
Yes. Four of our top selling puberty education programs are now available on USB flash drives. Due to the cost associated with making the transition to flash drives, other programs will be considered based on the needs of our customers.
Are your puberty education programs all inclusive?
They are now! In the past some of our programs included the line "you may become more interested in boys/girls during puberty" but in order to be all inclusive we eliminated those lines from all of our popular programs.
Do your puberty education programs cover the emotional changes that occur during puberty?
Yes. We recognize that it is important for all of the students to know about all of the changes that occur during puberty.
Can I just purchase a DVD or flash drive and load it on my district's server and stream it to multiple schools?
No! Changing the format (DVD or flash drive) to another format (streaming) is a violation of our copyright. However, we do enter into streaming agreements with school districts and with written permission, Marshmedia may allow school districts to stream our programs from their district's server. We can also stream programs from our website. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in a streaming contract. Prices are based on the number of programs, the number of schools you wish to stream to, and the length of the contract.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes! simply email us your PO at email@example.com or fax it toll free to 1-866-333-7421. There is no need to create an account unless you are ordering from our website.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
If you would like to place an order for 10 or more DVDs/flash drives you may request a price quote. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the exact quantity and the title/product numbers that you are interested in purchasing.
What method do you use to ship products?
We generally ship UPS ground and we try to ship within 1 week of receiving your order. If you need your order shipped right away let us know and we can send it sooner. If it is necessary to ship next day or second day air, an additional charge may apply. If the order is being shipped outside of the United States we generally send via the US Postal Service.
Do I have to order the complete Character Education Kit or can I order individual components?
With any of our kits; Character Education, Special Needs, Nutrition, the kit components can be ordered individually.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
We stand by all of our products. Simply send us an e-mail us at marshmedia.com within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will replace any defective materials free of charge.
Can I put one of your programs on our website for parents to preview?
Unfortunately we do not allow this due to previous problems with copyright violations.
Where do I find the teaching guide that goes with the program I ordered?
Starting in 2016 we began to "go green" and eliminate the hard copy of the teaching guide that was previously included with the DVD. The teaching guide is now available right on the DVD itself? To view the teaching guide simply insert the DVD in your computer and access the file in the same manner you would access any other document stored on a DVD.
